Who We Are
STRIZ:CORE is a football coaching intelligence platform operated by Nikola Strizovic, based in England. Our products — Touchline Senior and Touchline Youth — are web-based applications accessible via subscription at strizcore.com. Contact: support@strizcore.com
Section 02
What We Offer
Touchline Senior — match day intelligence for 11v11 senior football coaches. Touchline Youth — match day intelligence for youth coaches across 9v9 and 11v11 formats. Both products include rolling game-by-game intelligence, offensive and defensive insight, season trajectory tracking, player cards, winning formula analysis and preparation intelligence for upcoming fixtures.
Section 03
Membership and Access
Your access to STRIZ:CORE is active for as long as your subscription is paid and current. Access begins when your first payment clears. Each subscription is personal — accounts must not be shared. You can access STRIZ:CORE on any web-enabled device.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. STRIZ:CORE never sees or stores your card details. If we increase prices we will give you at least 30 days notice by email.
The £10 introductory first month is available to new subscribers only — once per person, ever. It is designed as a genuine introduction for coaches who have not previously subscribed to STRIZ:CORE. If you have previously held a subscription and choose to return, the full monthly rate applies from your first payment. STRIZ:CORE reserves the right to decline introductory pricing where it is clear that a returning subscriber is attempting to access it again.
Section 05
How Your Membership Works
Monthly subscribers — access covers each month paid for. Pay month to month and access runs continuously. Stop paying and access ends at the end of your last paid period. Annual subscribers — one payment covers 12 months from the payment date. Does not renew automatically. Renewal: Annual subscribers are invited to renew each August. Renewing before 31st October qualifies for the early bird rate again.
Dormant accounts. If your subscription lapses and your account remains inactive for 6 months or more, your account and all associated coaching data will be permanently deleted from our systems. Before any deletion takes place, you will receive a warning email to your registered email address giving you 14 days to reactivate your subscription and retain your data. If no action is taken within that 14-day window, deletion will proceed and cannot be reversed. STRIZ:CORE accepts no liability for data lost as a result of account dormancy where the warning email has been sent.
Section 06
The Early Bird Offer
The annual upfront rate is available between 1st August and 31st October each year to new and renewing subscribers. After 31st October the annual option closes and monthly billing only is available until the following August.
Section 07
Cancellation
Monthly: Cancel any time. Access continues to end of current billing period. No further payments taken. Annual: Cancel any time. Access continues for the full 12 months. No refund for remaining months. Cancellations confirmed within 2 working days. Cancel via account settings or email support@strizcore.com.
Section 08
Refunds
Introductory first month payments are non-refundable once the app is accessed. Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Annual upfront payments are non-refundable. Exceptions apply for significant technical failure on our part, payments taken in error, or exceptional personal circumstances. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for detail.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day right to cancel. By accessing the app you acknowledge that the digital service has been provided and this right may no longer apply.
Section 09
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure — do not share your account
- Use the platform for its intended purpose — football coaching
- Do not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform
- Report any technical issues promptly so we can resolve them
Section 10
Our Responsibilities to You
We will maintain a working, accessible platform. We will communicate honestly and transparently. We will continue developing STRIZ:CORE based on your feedback. Your match data belongs to you — we will never sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Section 12
User-Submitted Content
STRIZ:CORE provides a facility for coaches to submit stories, social media links and video links for potential publication on strizcore.com. The following terms apply to all submissions:
- No automatic publication. Nothing submitted through the story or content form is published automatically. Every submission is reviewed by STRIZ:CORE before any decision to feature it is made. We will always contact you before publishing anything.
- Curated content. We reserve the right to decline any submission without explanation. Featured content may be rotated or removed at any time at our sole discretion.
- Content rotation. Featured stories and content are refreshed on a seasonal basis. Publication is not permanent. Removal does not imply any fault on the part of the submitter.
- Submitter responsibility. By submitting content you confirm that it is your own, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not contain anything illegal, inappropriate, misleading, defamatory, or in breach of any third party's rights. You take full responsibility for the content you submit.
- No spam or commercial content. Submissions promoting third-party products, services, or organisations, or containing advertising, will be declined and not published.
Section 13
Safeguarding — Young Persons in Submitted Content
STRIZ:CORE takes the safeguarding of young people seriously. The following requirements apply to any submission that involves or references players, coaches or individuals under the age of 18:
- All submissions involving young people must comply with the submitter's club and organisation safeguarding policy before being submitted to STRIZ:CORE.
- No content that identifies a young person — by name, image, video or any other means — may be submitted without confirmed written consent from that person's parent or guardian.
- STRIZ:CORE will not knowingly publish any content that identifies a young person without confirmation that appropriate safeguarding compliance and consent is in place.
- By ticking the safeguarding confirmation checkbox on the submission form, the submitter accepts full personal responsibility for ensuring compliance with their club's safeguarding obligations prior to submission.
- STRIZ:CORE reserves the right to remove any published content at any time if safeguarding concerns are raised, without prior notice.
- If you have any concern about content appearing on this site involving a young person, contact us immediately at support@strizcore.com.
Section 11
Disputes and Complaints
Contact us first at support@strizcore.com. We will acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 10. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
